When you say that the government does not have enough money and is privatising various services, what is the justification in nationalising this industry.
விட்டு மிரட்டுமென்றும் கேள்விப்பட்டதுண்டு.aathiraihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15487184156005325851noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5012938.post-1138791417503956172006-02-01T16:26:00.000+05:302006-02-01T16:26:00.000+05:30Dear BadriThanks for the reply. Why to give an opportunity in the first place for someone to bring a rule like this? That's my question.

Whatever we cry over here, isn't going to help anyway. Right?

Thanks againAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5012938.post-1138785555521332282006-02-01T14:49:00.000+05:302006-02-01T14:49:00.000+05:30One person misusing the system does not automatica...One person misusing the system does not automatically guarantee rights to others to abuse the system as well.

If you see someone speeding in the road despite red light on, you are not supposed to do the same as well. You have to depend on law and order to catch up with the criminal. Otherwise the entire society will crumble.

Maran seems to have abused executive privileges to further his family's business interests. In case of Jayalalitha, she has subverted the legislative process. Both are bad.

In particular the process of random nationalisation must be stopped. It also upsets the level playing field. For example, the current legislation by the state government only affects some MSOs in some cities. It does not affect a DTH operator, nor does it impact other MSOs and cable operators.

These bills are bad in faith and must not be supported by liberal thinking persons.

Public can also benefit by a better legislation regulating the provision of services. Public, in my opinion, has rarely benefited from ill- thought-out nationalisation.Badri Seshadrihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02563596810587587859noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5012938.post-1138772946670759952006-02-01T11:19:00.000+05:302006-02-01T11:19:00.000+05:30Why not? But cos of this cheap politics only, MK's personal feelings came to the fore (by going and meeting the Governor, just within 30 minutes).

Whatever it is, in the end you will see public benefited through this. Don't you see it?

A Friend!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
