I do not fully understand this. What is meant when saying the video has been rediscovered? When I did a Google on the video's name - "Mahatma Gandhi, twentieth century prophet", it returns many results. One of them is even an Amazon.com link that says you can order it used. In fact, I was even able to find it in our library here at UVA. Go to virgo.lib.virginia.edu/cgi-local/opac.pl and search for "Chettiar". The first video listed is this video.
